I will be taking my digital camera to England and will be sure to take pics!
I just added three more of my creations from my last kiln load to Etsy.
Hope you love them!

Frida Kahlo(1907-1954) was born on July 6, in Coyoacan, a suburb of Mexico City. She is most famous for her paintings, which form a journal-like expression of her physical and psychological pain.
Frida walks in her garden, feeling the warmth of the sun.
Summer was named for her golden hair that shines eternally like the sun.
Life with her Dachshund Buttons is full of daily pleasures. Nothing seems to bother these two.
Astrid is known in her village as the one who never lies. This has led to more trouble than it was worth! For this reason she is normally found picking mushrooms which she sells at the local market place.

Thanks for visiting my blog.......happy weekend...love Ria...x
Adorable as always Lorraine - you make the sweetest people and animals.
How fabulous you will be in Devon and Cornwall. have a wonderful time both in St. Ives with your Mum and Sidbury - that's near Sidmouth/Exeter, right? I'll be going home to Torquay later this year....but you get to see the Westcountry in Spring, always the prettiest time.
Safe journey - enjoy every moment.
Des créations remplies de sensibilité... Très joli travail.
Gros bisous
All wonderful! But Summer and Buttons are the sweetest! :-) Reminds me of a dog I had when I was a girl.
Oh My Goodness... I have never seen a cuter Frida!!!!

OH, these are precious! I love the last little one and her cute little purple hat. Your characters are so sweet and I think live in a wonderful world. And how appropriate the pirate (in the previous post) is a rat--they have little pirate souls, collecting treasures.
p.s. Thank you for stopping by my blog.
Have a wonderful time in England...will look forward to "seeing" it through your eyes.

PS: I also have cornish roots through my Grandmother.
Thank you for leaving comment on my blog! Love your pottery pieces! Have you seen Sunny Carvalho's work? She is listed on my blog list. Love your Frida, she is adorable. Too bad you don't have FB that would be a wonderful addition to the Frida collection there!
